This week, I talk to Jay Michael Jaboneta, the Co-Founder of the Yellow Boat of Hope Foundation and several technology startups. I want to know just how one moment on Facebook yielded the Yellowboat of Hope, an organization dedicated to improving school attendance among children commuting between islands to get to school in the Philippines, a nation of over 7,000 islands. Jay sits on the boards of various organizations in the country, and consults with the De La Salle - College of St. Benilde on Disruptive Technologies, Resource Mobilization, and Social Innovation.
